FMG Granada, part of MSM Group and CSG, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support and develop operational HR activities within our manufacturing environment.
This role combines HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, and participation in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives across the business.
What will you do?
- Manage and coordinate operational HR agenda across the employee lifecycle
- Drive and standardize HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Prepare employment contracts and related HR administration
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and daily HR operations
- Cooperate on payroll input preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders
