Senior Human Resources Business Partner

EMEA Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a well-established international organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for its Zug site. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will deliver end-to-end HR support and help drive people initiatives aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary HR contact for employees and managers on site, managing day-to‑day HR operations and complex employee relations matters.
• Ensure HR practices are compliant with Swiss employment law, internal policies, and best practice.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and succession topics.
• Support recruitment activity and contribute to building a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline.
