Our Client, a large Medical Center, is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for their Boston, MA location. Responsibilities:
+ Provides broad-based professional human resources generalist support to the overall business with a focus on ambulatory clinics and operations.
+ This position will partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the Hospital's goals, culture and competitive practices.
+ All HR staff members focus on the points of integration for seamless patient care, employee effectiveness and experience.
