Position Information

The Senior Human Resources Analyst oversees complex, high-profile, and sensitive programs—including compensation, classification, systems administration, staff development, recruitment, and labor relations. This position serves as a subject matter expert for the District, utilizing strong diplomacy, tact, and relationship‑building skills to navigate sensitive, high‑impact organizational challenges.

Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Exempt
