ABOUT THE POSITION
- We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor who will be responsible for providing coaching and advice to managers and employees in matters of employee relations and in the application of various other areas of human resources.
- This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of managers' skills and provide advice, support and coaching regarding the application of employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management and talent policies and programs.
- You will work a 5-day work week schedule and report directly to the Human Resources Manager, Atlantic Energy and Minerals, Human Resources Sector.
