Senior HSE Coordinator & Lead - On-Site Safety

IKM Gruppen AS is seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator for a fixed-term assignment in Hammerfest, Norway. You will oversee all Health, Safety, and Environment matters within the project, ensuring compliance and proactive engagement with HSE protocols.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the petroleum, renewables, or construction sectors and preferably hold an education in HSE. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as well as local residency in the Hammerfest area.
