Senior Hris Analyst - Workday (Guadalajara)

This position will support People Technology systems used globally within the organization and will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support various functionality within Workday (primarily Absence & Learning) as well as the full organizational HRIS framework. Will own system functionality and configuration for their assigned modules in Workday and will consult with cross‑functional teams across the global organization to make recommendations for efficiencies & system automation in support of their business processes.
