Senior HRBP for NPD & Engineering (Malaysia)

Dyson is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated people partner for Dyson’s NPD employees in Malaysia. Reporting to Global HR Director, you’ll work with NPD leaders, engineering managers, and HR leadership to enable innovation, delivery, and organisational effectiveness in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

You will shape and deliver people strategies across the full NPD lifecycle—from concept to ramp‑up, scale, transitions, and change—balancing strategic talent and
