Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling basic personnel procedures such as employee entry and exit, conversion, job transfer, and signing of employment contracts, to ensure the process is standardized and the information is complete.
- Assist in completing daily personnel affairs of SSC, such as maintaining employee information, attendance statistics, and applying for social security and provident fund.
- Responsible for the company's daily administrative work, including work supplies procurement and management, work environment maintenance, courier receipt and dispatch, conference room management, etc.
