Job Description

Senior HR Specialist responsible for expert-level support of employee lifecycle processes across the region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, promotions, international transfers, and exits.
• Oversee maintenance of employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global HR policies, and timely data feeds to external providers.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees across the region for HR queries, coordinating with regional/market HRBPs when appropriate.
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and acting as subject‑matter expert in employee services.
