Cognizant in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled HR Partner to manage employee lifecycle and HR solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with business leaders to optimize people strategies and enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years in Core HR within multinational companies and be knowledgeable about Malaysian labor laws. Proficiency in English is essential, while Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. This position is on-site for a minimum of 4 days a week.
