Onboarding

• Lead onboarding activities, ensuring all new hires complete required checks, inductions, and system setups.
• Oversee onboarding administration, including documentation, compliance, and health and safety processes.

Employee Relations

• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and accountability.
• Support managers in addressing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

HR Administration
