Senior HR Operations & People Programs Specialist

KER Systems & Solutions Corp. is seeking a Senior HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.

You will partner with the HR Manager to ensure efficient processes, confidentiality, and proactive handling of multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
