Senior HR Operations & Payroll Lead (LATAM/US)

Newfire Global Partners in Colombia is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Operations and Payroll to ensure payroll accuracy across LATAM and the U.S., while maintaining compliant records and smooth employee services.

You will collaborate with HRBP, Finance, and managers to manage payroll transactions, onboarding/offboarding, and data integrity, supporting scalable, reliable people operations. The role requires detail orientation, problem solving, and strong communication in English and Spanish.
