The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR matters related to the Wealth Management population based in Geneva.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic HR topics, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice, guidance, and support across all HR areas, including recruitment needs, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
