About the Role

You will support our Motor manufacturing facility in Apodaca, N. L and the integral function groups located in Mexico. You will provide full-service HR support and act as an HR partner to site business leaders. This role will require you to operate as a balanced employee advocate and continually improve our site culture.

Responsibilities Develop and continuously fine tune a strategic HR direction. Oversee the recruitment process, training, labor, union relations, and design company policies. Lead and oversee human resources support from a local perspective to different functions such as Digital, Finance and Treasury and help shape the employer brand strategy.
