Senior HR Generalist: Payroll, Training & Labor Relations

Eaton is seeking a Sr HR Generalist in its IS AER ITD division in Mexico. The role partners with operations to manage payroll, training, labor relations, and talent development, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery across HR disciplines.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll processes, labor relations, onboarding and training programs, recruitment, compensation guidance, HR metrics, and employee relations support to sustain engagement and organizational effectiveness.
