Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and supervisors
- Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations
- Support operational leaders with workforce planning and people strategies
- Help drive HR initiatives tied to safety, engagement, and operational KPIs
- Manage high-volume recruitment based on operational needs (typically 5–20 hires at a time)
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Partner with supervisors to ensure strong hiring and retention practices
- Manage employee data and HR processes within ADP Workforce Now
- Process payroll‑related changes including position updates, schedule changes, and employee information updates
