• Training & Development
  • Design and implement structured training frameworks for employees across multiple levels
  • Develop and refine training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Establish a skill map and competency framework to categorize employees by capability levels
  • Work closely with hiring managers to
    • Equip them with tools and methodologies to conduct effective on-the-job training
    • Standardize training approaches across all stores
  • Create clear development pathways to nurture high-potential employees into managers
