Manage the complete payroll lifecycle for assigned businesses in Landmark Hospitality:
- Oversee data accuracy and integrity between Time & Attendance (T&A) system and payroll data in Oracle EBS/HCM
- Reconcile T&A data with employee timesheets and attendance records
- Analyse trends and patterns in T&A data for payroll optimization
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between T&A data and payroll calculations
- Consolidation of payroll files and approvals
Perform all core payroll tasks, including:
- Maintenance of employee payroll information in Oracle EBS/HCM
- Ensure compliance with relevant GCC labour laws, pension regulations, gratuity & leave accruals
- Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementation projects ie Oracle Payroll Cloud
- Processing monthly payroll runs, including salary calculations, deductions, and additions.
