**Role Purpose**:
- Provide a first class HR service to HBMX through close partnering with Senior Leaders.
- Help drive relevant HR HBMX Change programmes and the strategic people agenda, thinking 'function first' and aligning to the strategic direction set by the Senior Managers as well as Local, Regional & Group HR ensuring high levels of operational excellence for HR activity demonstrating continual improvement
- Operate as the 'conscience' of the businesses and live the HSBC values, bringing them to life for others in a way which builds understanding and ownership across HSBC's businesses and preserves its reputation.
