Senior HR Business Partner: Strategy, Talent & Change

AIA Shared Services is looking for an HR Business Partner who acts as a strategic advisor and change catalyst, bridging people and business with data-driven, ethical approaches to drive organizational agility and talent strategies.

You will work with designated business groups and executive teams across employee relations, recruitment, compensation, talent review, organization design, learning and career development, using data insights to inform decisions and coach leaders.
