Senior HR Business Partner at Transdev

Elevate HR processes as a Senior HR Business Partner with Transdev, located in Calgary, Vancouver, Abbotsford, or Kelowna. Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee relations and drive compliance.
This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires expertise in employee and labor relations. You will support performance management, coach leaders on conflict resolution, and oversee grievance processes while ensuring adherence to labor laws. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs tailored to operational leaders.
