Senior HR Advisor
Location: Remote or Hybrid – minimum 3 days a week in office (London, Ontario).
Role Overview
Provide expert HR advisory support across complex and sensitive people matters. Deliver practical, high-quality guidance that drives positive outcomes and a great client experience.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of HR advisory cases, including complex and high‑risk cases, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical and best practice aligned.
- Provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR topics (eg employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, compliance).
- Interpret and apply multi‑jurisdictional employment legislation (provincial and federal).
- Act as an escalation point for more complex or sensitive client inquiries.
- Own client interactions end‑to‑end, ensuring clear, timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
