Provide expert HR advisory support across complex and sensitive people matters. Deliver practical, high-quality guidance that drives positive outcomes and a great client experience. Responsibilities

Own delivery of HR advisory cases, including complex and high‑risk cases, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical and best practice aligned. Provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR topics (eg employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, compliance). Interpret and apply multi‑jurisdictional employment legislation (provincial and federal). Act as an escalation point for more complex or sensitive client inquiries.
