Ainley Group is looking for a Senior Highway Engineer to take charge of highway design projects in collaboration with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. This role involves coordinating project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage designs and oversee MTO highway project construction
• Lead proposal teams and expressions of interest
• Supervise designers and technical support staff
• Train and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors
Requirements:
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• At least 12 years of relevant design experience
