Senior Hardware & Software Support Specialist

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Rotkreuz, Switzerland is seeking a Global Customer Support member to provide on-market support for Roche products. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, guide junior team members, lead design reviews, and create documentation.
