**The Position**
The (Senior) GTM Omnichannel Specialist acts as the vital link between business strategy and digital execution. This role focuses on translating stakeholder needs into actionable initiatives and optimizing the omnichannel ecosystem to ensure Commercial teams can deliver seamless, orchestrated customer experiences.
**Task & Responsibilities**
i. Stakeholder Insights & Solution Design
ii. Understand & Translate: Actively engage with stakeholders to identify business pain points and translate these insights into actionable initiatives that support the broader organizational digital transformation agenda.
iii. Bridge the Gap: Evaluate business requirements against technical feasibility to design impactful solutions—whether leveraging existing Global/Regional solutions or developing Local initiatives—to ensure they are fit-for-purpose for the market.
