Responsibilities
- Own market marketing strategy and annual planning for the CIS region
- Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, and revenue growth
- Manage marketing budget allocation and prioritization
- Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams
- Define market priorities and Go-To-Market (GTM) direction
- Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team
- Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proven experience owning and delivering on business KPIs
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
