Senior Growth Engineer (Frontend or Backend) – A key member of the Retailer Growth team responsible for driving growth through product experimentation and engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver growth experiments end-to-end, from ideation to implementation and analysis.
- Build customer-facing features that improve funnel conversion, onboarding success, and engagement.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and services (backend focus) or intuitive, high-performance user interfaces (frontend focus).
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to define success metrics and interpret experiment results.
