Senior Groups & Events Coordinator

The Senior Groups and Events Coordinator will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. S/he is responsible for ensuring proper planning, set up and service of all banquet and catering functions . S/he will work closely with the Sales Department to ensure contract expectations are met and exceeded. S/he manages the property’s event planning and managing expectations and ensuring production goals are met. S/he will communicate group details/changes to all hotel departments, coordinating customer’s needs with other property business and activities to ensure customer’s expectations are met and the property operates efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate and operates groups up to 50 ppl average with F&B or room only, cruises, congresses and entertainment.
• Elaborate customized proposals for RFP’s with less than 45 days’ notice.
