Senior Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

Role description

• Should have task management skills. They should be able to manage a team of designers, oversee tasks delegation, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide team leadership and direction, motivate, and engage team members, and help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Role accountabilities

• Assist Team Lead on day-to-day operations and task management activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.
• Provide guidance, and support to the Graphics Team, ensuring that they have the resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively, and manage the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effectively liaise and work with other Senior Graphic Designers (sub-team lead) to ensure alignment between the work groups.
