Senior Grants Program Manager - Data-Driven Impact

Tote Board is seeking a Senior Manager for its Grants Programmes team to shape and steward grant initiatives that align with TB’s strategic outcomes. You will guide programme design, assessment of proposals, and end‑to‑end grant management while partnering with public, private and social sector stakeholders across Singapore.

You will lead data‑driven design, evaluation, and performance measurement, ensuring robust funding recommendations and strong outcomes.
