Senior Go and Ruby Backend Lead, Cloud-Native Microservices

Encora is seeking a Senior Go and Ruby Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in cloud-native architectures.

You will architect distributed microservices on Google Cloud Platform, implement REST/gRPC APIs, and champion robust testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices within a hybrid Peru team.
