Senior GNC Engineer — Mission Formulation Lead

Rocket Lab in Colorado is seeking a GNC Engineer II / Senior GNC Engineer I to join the Mission Formulation Team. You will design, model, analyze, and test Guidance, Navigation, and Control for Electron and related launches, collaborating with engineering and production to bring new mission concepts to life.

Responsibilities include trades studies, mission analyses, and creating detailed designs, plus developing flight code, HITL testing, and Monte Carlo simulations.
