Senior Global Training Manager, Collection & Product

As Senior Global Training Manager, Collection & Product, you’ll join the global Retail Academy team and report to the Product and Collection Training Director.
You will be responsible for the analysis, creation and implementation of consistent training materials to support brand standards alongside the business needs.
Your role will be:
Partner with Central Merchandising and Product teams (RTW, LG, Shoes, Accessories, Special Projects) to:
Develop, design, plan, and implement collection trainings including styling contents.
Work with the Digital project manager to synthesise the digital versions of the trainings.
Analyse and identify retail training needs in the organization to design, plan, and implement training materials to fulfil those needs.
