About the Role
As Senior Global Analytics Manager, you will leverage your functional expertise, deep business acumen, strategic insight, and strong collaboration skills to deliver impactful insights that inform strategic growth choices across the OTC category. You will design, develop and embed advanced analytics solutions, using a broad range of data sources and tools, and lead a team of four analysts located in India and Poland. Your insights will serve as a key advisor and business partner to the OTC Leadership Team, influencing decision‑making across category performance, marketing effectiveness, demand‑led growth, innovation white spaces, pricing strategies and brand/activity performance.
