As a member of the Global Compensation & Benefits COE, the Senior Global Benefits Manager is responsible for coordinating and governing the company's international employee benefits programs across multiple regions. This role serves as the central integration point between global strategy, corporate and regional compensation and benefits teams, local HR execution, and external partners. This role is accountable for governance, planning, and coordination — not local execution.
To be successful, the role ensures that benefits programs are:
- Strategically aligned
- Cost effective
- Compliant with local regulations
- Approved through the company’s annual strategic planning process
- Consistently executed across region
