Senior GitHub Migration Engineer & Incident Lead

10Pearls is seeking a Senior GitHub Migration Engineer / Fire Chief to lead the migration of enterprise code repositories from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise while acting as a hands-on senior software engineer. You will design and execute migration strategies, modernize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and ensure platform reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Software Engineering/DevOps, strong GitHub Enterprise skills, and experience leading incidents.
