Job Description
- Supervise and support technical topics for safety related for both running projects and RFI/RFQs (mainly systems).
- Ensure safety technical compliance and safety package for both running projects and RFI/RFQ; perform RFQ gate review and cost estimation.
- Lead and manage Functional Safety team in EU and Rabat.
- Ensure lean safety release for production.
- Lead the adoption of safety culture at Lear from a technical perspective.
- Provide functional safety consultancy services to other departments and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support running projects and RFI/RFQ safety technical solution, including review and consultancy.
- Perform safety assessment and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Maintain direct contact with customers on technical aspects of RFI/RFQ.
- Support project execution for the team responsible for safety deliverables.
