Senior functional analyst (España)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst within the Channel & Customer Experience Tribe, working in the Payment & Cards squads. You will contribute to the evolution of the EBB Payment module and the transformation of the EBB Cards module into a 24/7 self-service platform. The role is based 50% onsite (Brussels). The start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Define functional needs and propose feasible solutions, evaluating the pros and cons of each option.
• Design the chosen solution in detail according to the architecture plan and share it with the team.
• Provide additional clarification and support to developers.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of test cases.
• Create and maintain clear documentation.
• Ensure support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
