Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Scalable Healthcare SaaS

Medium is seeking a Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia, to build and optimize complex, data-intensive distributed systems powering healthcare innovation. You will directly support the CTO/CPO to transform architectural concepts into scalable software across backend, frontend, and data layers.
