Responsibilities
Develop new features for the core AI platform
Design, build, and deliver features end-to-end from high-level ideas
Build backend services using Python
Develop frontend components using React
Participate in system design and architectural decisions
Ensure performance, scalability, and clean code practices
Contribute to fast iteration cycles in a rapidly evolving product
Communicate proactively about progress, risks, and blockers
Requirements
Strong experience with Python (real‐world web development in production)
Experience with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
Hands‐on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge)
Experience building APIs and handling authentication
Experience with relational databases and caching (Redis)
