Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer — Remote Ownership

Smart Working is seeking a Senior Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer to join a small, high‑impact team working at the intersection of product engineering and AI‑driven solutions.

This role is autonomous and product-focused, with ownership from idea to production across backend, frontend, architecture, and AI-enabled features. You’ll prototype and ship AI-powered solutions while improving an existing Python-based application in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.
