Senior Frontend Developer - Contact Center

Intermedia is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Contact Center product team, focused on building Agent and Supervisor experiences.

While primarily remote, this role requires occasional visits to our Coimbra office, with future expansion into Aveiro and Porto.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop high-quality frontend solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company standards.
• Build and evolve rich, responsive user experiences for Contact Center Agent and Supervisor products.
