Senior FPGA & IP Applications Engineer

Lattice Semiconductor in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking an experienced factory Applications Engineer to support high-speed IPs and designs, vendors and customers with our devices. You will join the IP Product Enablement team, bridging customer and factory, removing technical hurdles, and delivering reliable solutions for our low power, small form factor devices.

The role requires BS/MS in EE with 8+ years, hands-on FPGA/firmware bring-up, Verilog/VHDL, and strong English communication.
