Senior FPC Process Engineering Lead

First-Sumiden-Circuits, Inc. in Cabuyao, Philippines is looking for a Process Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and have at least 8 years of experience in FPC or PCB manufacturing.

The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in upper plating processes, and proven skills in team management and process optimization. A Master’s degree or similar technical training is an advantage.
