Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and define success criteria
- Translate open-ended problems into technical designs, architecture, and implementation plans
- Build AI-enabled solutions including data pipelines, workflow automations, and agentic services
- Own deployments, including reliability, performance, observability, and incident response
- Develop evaluation and measurement for AI behavior using success metrics and test harnesses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to upstream reusable components
- Create repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and internal tooling from one-off solutions
- Act as the voice of the field to shape product strategy based on customer needs
