Senior Foodcourt Manager (Concept Development)

The Senior Operations Manager (Foodcourt - Concept Development) is responsible to source new food concepts for the continuous improvement of tenant-mix of the Food Courts and Food Halls, ensure 100% occupancy of leasable spaces in the branches and review of food offerings and/or menu composition of tenants to guarantee healthy competition is maintained.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• LEASE MANAGEMENT - develop lease concepts related to food industry; ensure full leased out foodcourt and food hall spaces; source new prospect for foodcourt lease out; negotiate with tenant according to the standards of the company
• TENANT MANAGEMENT - collaborate with tenants for project development; ensure that tenants concerns and issues are addressed based on the agreed timelines; establish good rapport and customer relationship
