Senior Flip-Chip Packaging Engineer - Technical Sales

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Senior Application & Technical Sales Engineer in Singapore focused on semiconductor packaging. The role involves engaging with customers, developing packaging solutions, and leading technical discussions regarding Flip Chip Bonding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and 5–15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The position offers a monthly salary between SGD 7,000 and SGD 10,000 based on experience.
